Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled technician to join our team for upcoming large-scale projects.

Position Details:
- Job Title: Service Technician
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay: $20-$30/hr, depending on experience
Duties and Responsibilities Include (But Aren’t Limited To):
- Performing advanced carpentry, masonry, painting, and other skilled tasks
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures
- Operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools with precision
- Leading and mentoring less experienced workers on job sites
- Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and regulations
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Provide a clear job report along with progress photos upon completing the job
Requirements:
- Must be within a 30-minute drive to Mahwah, NJ
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a skilled trade
- Proficiency in multiple handyman services (carpentry, masonry, painting, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and own tools are preferred
- Ability to start as soon as possible
- Availability for overnight and travel projects
