What We Need From You:
Roofing Experience – Know your way around both flat and shingle roofing. Know material and application? Even better.
Exterior Carpentry Skills – Fascia, soffits, trim, siding, framing—if you can handle it, we want you.
Work Ethic – Show up on time, work hard, and own your craft.
Physical Capability – Must be able to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
Team Player Mindset – No egos, no drama—just solid work and good energy.
Reliable Transportation – You need to get to our Jersey City shop on time, every time.
Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Metalwork or fabrication experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can follow work orders and execute tasks independently
