Growing construction company is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee residential construction projects in Rockland and Bergen counties. This includes managing subcontractors, supervising trades, managing construction timelines and budgets and working closely with customers to insure each project is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience in construction/building renovation, including managing and training a team.
Thorough knowledge of general construction with a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing.
Must be computer literate.
Strong customer service background and skills in the construction industry.
Ability to multi-task, which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
Solid understanding of local, state and federal building code requirements.
Must have clean and valid driver's license.
