We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for performing lawn treatments, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, and pest control, using professional-grade equipment and materials. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest treatments according to seasonal schedules
- Operate commercial lawn care equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers as needed on service days
- Keep detailed records of applications and product usage
- Assist with other landscaping tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with lawn treatments, sprayers, and spreaders is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be dependable and show up on time every day
