Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects, ensuring they meet design specifications and comply with industry standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may affect project timelines and quality.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and conducted.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all project team members.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
