While we specialize in High-Rise New Construction we also do jobs of other specifications and sizes. Our primary area of focus is Hudson and Bergen County, with a majority of our projects located in Hoboken, Jersey City, Bayonne, North Bergen and Weehawken. POSITIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
HVAC Mechanics:
- Must have 3-5 years of foreman experience for residential or commercial projects.
- Experience in installing new HVAC units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
- Proficient in installing ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
- Proficient in reading and understanding Mechanical Shop Drawings
- Experience in field coordination with other trades.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent mechanical skills; ability to use power tools.
- Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC system.
- Must have a valid driver's license
HVAC Installers:
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HVAC installer in new construction installation
- Able to work in fast-paced work environments
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Refrigeration knowledge is a bonus
- Any certification and/or licensing is a bonus
HVAC Helpers:
- Should have some HVAC work experience
- Eager and willing to learn various skills and aspects of the industry
- Able to work in fast-paced work environments
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Any certification and/or licensing is a bonus
COMPENSATION:
- Pay is dependent on experience level and years in the field.
