Job Title: HVAC Helper / Apprentice Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and eager HVAC Helper / Apprentice Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and learn from experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will assist our technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Technicians:
Support experienced HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Carry tools and materials, and assist with setup and cleanup at job sites.
Follow instructions to perform tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking system pressures, and inspecting ductwork.
Learning and Development:
Participate in on-the-job training to learn about HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
Develop a basic understanding of HVAC components and their functions.
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Assist with explaining services and answering basic customer questions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
