Job Responsibilities:
✅ Perform routine and emergency maintenance services at commercial properties
✅ Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
✅ Communicate effectively with office staff and clients
✅ Submit detailed work reports and photos after each job
✅ Adhere to safety and company policies while on-site
Requirements:
️ Experience in general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
️ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
️ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
️ Must be able to speak and understand English
️ Availability for flexible hours, including emergency services
