Established Electrical Contracting Co looking for individuals with at least 5 years of prior experience.
Typical work is Residential, Commercial, and Industrial and consists of new construction, renovation work, and service related work.
Most of our work is in Northern Bergen County and 30 min or less from our shop location.
Applicants need to meet the following criteria:
Have reliable transportation to our shop location or job site.
Be motivated, open minded, and willing to learn.
Be free of any substance abuse.
Possess a reasonable working knowledge of the NEC & Fire Alarm Code.
Have a good working knowledge of general jobsite construction procedures
Be able to read and follow blueprints and specifications.
Possess hand and cordless power tools typical to the industry. (all other tools and equipment provided)
Ability to use equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Ability to lead by example.
Be of good morale character.
Have a clean driving record.
Preferred but not required if applicants have the following:
Operation of boom truck/lift/scissor lifts
Experience in operation of mechanical equipment, generators, transfer switches, etc.
Osha certifications
Class A or B CDL
