Contractors wanted to clean trash chutes in apartment buildings throughout the Tri State area with most jobs in NYC. We sell the jobs, make all the calls to schedule the jobs and send you the necessary paperwork needed to complete the jobs. PAYMENT FOR WORK COMPLETED IS EVERY 2 WEEKS NO WAITING 30 TO 90 DAYS FOR PAYMENT.
Interested parties should have the following items:
- 1,000,000 General Liability insurance
- 1,000,000 Commercial Auto insurance
- Workman's Comp insurance
- work vehicle and all necessary tools to complete the work (we will give you a required tool list)
- must be reliable, must work in a 2 man team
- must be comfortable in a trash room environment and be able to deal with unforeseen circumstances while on job sites.
The trash chutes are located in buildings and vary in height depending on the size of the building. Compactors must also be scraped and power washed.
Pay is Bi-weekly, you send us the invoices. Pay range per day in the area of $750.00 to $1000.00 per day on average. Days will consist of either 1, 2, or 3 stops depending on scope of work. All daily figures will be sent the week prior to the contractor. Most weekly Gross totals (based on 5 days) in the area of $3500.00 to $4500.00 weekly. Only serious interested parties should apply.
