Job Requirements:
Timely Repairs and Maintenance: Efficiently repair and maintain customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Multi-Point Inspection: Consistently utilize our Multi-Point inspection tool at a rate greater than 98%, maintaining safety and reliability.
High-Quality Workmanship: Provide high-quality work at a productive rate, following published procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring Parts Compliance.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and service publications to stay ahead in your field.
Continuous Training: Attend and actively participate in training programs recommended by our Shop Supervisor and management to enhance your skills.
Exceptional Customer Experience: Treat every customer as a guest in your home, delivering exceptional service that creates a lasting impression and an exceptional customer experience.
Who We are Looking for?
First and foremost, you must be a team player focused on always caring for our customers. We are not a place where you come to relax, we are a group that requires hard work and rewards it accordingly.
If you are a recent graduate or looking for an apprenticeship or an express technician we are hiring for those roles as well. Depending on the role those jobs pay between $19-$22 hourly and DO NOT require owning a tool box. The goal is to progress to a technician 6-24 months which is advertised above!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $52.50 per hour + bonus
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week. Max 40 hours per week
