A professional services firm in Bergen County looking to hire a Videographer/Production Specialist to work as a member of its Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filming content, editing, and delivering quality creative video assets for publication to all types of media including TV, digital marketing, social media and website content. Proven work history and experience as a video editor.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:
I. Film: Scene preparation, including lighting, sound background in multi-angle formats. Indoor, outdoor and green screen production. Assist as director and producer to create high quality video and sound. This may include collaborating on the script, reviewing footage, and communicating feedback and revisions. Knowledge of proper exposure, framing, white balance, picture profiles, SLOG2, zebra, histograms, 60/120fps recording, audio capture. Past experience with Black Magic PCC, Sony A Class and Sony FS5 cameras helpful but not necessary.
II. Editing: Edit captured raw video and B roll to create commercial value content using Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Experience with Adobe project files, background music, musical stems, LUTS, graphic intro/outros, for production having the “look and feel” of projects designated by the marketing team. Incorporate dialogue, closed captions, graphics and effects. Knowledge of special effects, color correction and grading.
III. Postproduction:
Research, discover and implement the industry’s best practices to maximize creativity and efficiency.

Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with the marketing team members, managers and outside vendors.
