Hidden Gem Beauty and Wellness is looking for a friendly and hardworking Shampoo
Assistant to join our team! As a Shampoo Assistant, you will play a key role in
providing excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel relaxed and pampered.
You will support stylists by preparing clients for their services and maintaining a clean
salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet clients warmly and guide them to the shampoo station
● Perform relaxing and thorough shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage
services
● Ensure clients are comfortable and have a great salon experience
● Maintain clean and stocked shampoo stations, towels, and capes
● Refill shampoo, conditioner, and back bar products as needed
● Help with sweeping and general tidying of the salon floor
● Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Qualifications & Skills:
● Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus
● Strong communication and people skills
● Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
● Eagerness to learn and grow in the beauty industry
● Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Job Details:
● Position: Full-time / Part-time
● Hours: Flexible, including evenings & weekends
