Duties
Conduct individual assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals.
Develop customized training programs that incorporate various fitness modalities, including cycle, CrossFit, Pilates, and dance.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and physiology to ensure safe and effective workouts.
Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to meet evolving goals.
Lead group classes or workshops when required, promoting a sense of community within the health club.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in personal training methodologies.
Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
Requirements
Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization is required.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise science.
Experience in sports coaching or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with various fitness disciplines such as cycle, CrossFit, Pilates, and dance is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
