HADDAD ELECTRIC LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to help manage our Florida branch operations. This part-time position will focus on handling invoices, estimates, and general office management duties for our electrical company. Familiarity with QuickBooks is essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoices and estimates using QuickBooks for our Florida branch.
Communicate with clients in Florida via phone and email (Spanish-speaking clients included).
Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with the NJ office manager to ensure smooth operations across both locations.
Assist with any office tasks as needed for the NJ branch.
Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must, as the role involves speaking with Spanish-speaking clients.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
Ability to work closely with the NJ office manager to support both locations.
Position Details:
Part-time position, with working hours from approximately 9am-3pm (flexible).
Primary focus on supporting the Florida branch, while also assisting with the NJ branch as needed.
