-Full time in-house candidates Mon-Fri 8-5:30 Saturday 8-3
-Skills Preferred:
-Multi-task, self-starter, work independently
-Team oriented, requiring minimal supervision
-Organization, communication & customer service skills
-Read, write, speak English, additional language(s) a plus, we sell worldwide
-Take instructions & follow directions well
-Detail orientated
-Auto parts knowledge a big plus
-If qualified we will phone interview and then in person
Duties:
-Incoming parts requests on several platforms: Phone, email, text, social media, and follow through
-Search for accurate pricing & availability
-Communicate with client and close sales
-Assist with managing and maintain the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings and pricing information.
-Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
-Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.- Provide excellent customer service by -responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.- Maintain a high level of organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications:
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
