Help Wanted: Solar Sales Manager

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for renewable energy? We’re seeking a Solar Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team and drive the success of our solar solutions sales division. No management experience is necessary, however if you have a proven track record of successful sales performance and are passionate about helping clients embrace sustainable energy, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solar sales professionals to exceed sales targets

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in residential solar installations

Oversee the training and performance of the sales team

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to expand business opportunities

Monitor sales performance, set goals, and ensure team accountability for achieving targets

Provide guidance and support on complex sales situations, from lead generation to closing deals

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution

Stay informed about the latest solar energy trends, technologies, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in solar or renewable energy

Proven success in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, products, and the solar sales process

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and pipeline management

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

A passion for sustainability and promoting renewable energy solutions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
