Chefman is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support to support the management of key retail accounts. In this role, you will assist with account communications, meeting preparation, promotional schedules, proposals, and coordination with internal teams to ensure product availability.
Role and Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day communications with key retail accounts
Prepare materials for sales meetings, including presentations, reports, and product updates
Coordinate promotional schedules, ensuring timely execution and alignment with retailer requirements
Support the creation of sales proposals and follow-up documentation
Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure product availability and timely deliveries
Track and report on account performance, promotional effectiveness, and sales opportunities
Maintain organized records of account activities, agreements, and communications
Support additional sales initiatives and projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
