Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in our Commercial/Institutional division, as a Sales Associate/Lead Generator. You will be working directly alongside our Commercial/Institutional Sales team and be responsible for daily sales activities, lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients. The role involves creating and qualifying leads, collaborating with the Sales team, and directly pitching institutions up and down the East Coast.
Qualifications
Experience in sales and lead generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Facilities Management experience is a plus.
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Experience in the environmental services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
