We are a staffing company with operations in NY, NJ, PA, and MD. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the New Jersey area with a background in the staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a targeted list of prospective medium to large accounts and close opportunities for our staffing company, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
- As a Staffing Account Manager, you will cultivate and maintain business relationships with potential clients and identify their business challenges to offer appropriate solutions and services.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships with potential clients through site visits, virtual meetings, networking, and partner events.
- Manage a sales pipeline and collaborate with Sales Leadership.
- Conduct extensive cold calling both over the phone and in person to new businesses to secure new clients.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred; however, a combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- At least 5 years of extensive sales experience in generating major accounts within the staffing industry or related fields.
- A proven track record of success in selling to business-to-business or large-sized accounts.
- Proficient computer and communication skills.
