Job description
The job responsibilities revolve around identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and attempting to convert them into customers through outbound calls, Emails, involving pitching services handling objections and scheduling walk-throughs and estimates.
Core Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers.
Prospecting and Qualifying: Identifying potential customers and determining if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
Needs Assessment: Engaging in conversations to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients.
Pitching Products/Services: Presenting the company's products and/or services, benefits to potential clients.
Building Rapport: Establishing relationships with prospects to turn cold calls and emails into warm leads.
Handling Objections: Professionally addressing objections and rejections, maintaining a positive attitude.
Following Up: Following up on leads and maintaining a detailed record of interactions in a CRM system.
Achieving Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
Staying Updated: Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Reporting: Reporting on sales progress and outcomes to management.
