Position: Full-Time Solar Sales Representative
Location: Northern NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct door to door
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prioritize them for sales outreach
- Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available state and federal incentives or rebates
- Explain the solar installation process and available financing options for their proposed system
- Visit customers' locations to evaluate their energy needs, roof suitability, and sun exposure to determine the optimal solar system size and design
- Work with your design and engineering teams to create custom solar proposals based on site assessments and customer preferences
- Present proposals to customers, address their questions and concerns, and complete contracts
- Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and contracts for solar system installation, financing, and incentives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any post-sale questions or concerns
What We’re Looking For:

Self-Driven: Must be self-confident and self-motivated.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team to achieve common goals.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for operating the company vehicle during work hours.
