About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, reliable, and motivated Business Development/Inside Sales Representative to help drive sales and marketing efforts for our growing company. This role offers strong hourly pay, plus performance-based bonuses and commissions. As part of our sales team, you’ll help us develop new client relationships, expand our current client base, and support our sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Initiate New Client Relationships: Help build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Sales Outreach: Make outgoing calls to prospects, as well as follow-up with current clients.
Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Answer Incoming Calls: Be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, offering support and gathering information.
Multi-tasking: Manage and prioritize multiple sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Coachable & Willing to Learn: Open to feedback and ready to improve.
Strong Communication Skills: Able to build rapport and communicate confidently with clients.
Reliable & Hardworking: A positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks at once and follow through.
Previous Sales Experience (Preferred): A background in sales or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
Position Details:
Part-Time Hours: 25-35 hours per week (with the potential to become full-time).
