Job Description:
As a Home Care Marketer at Maya Home Care, you will be responsible for building and developing key referral sources within the New Jersey area. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other potential referral partners to generate a consistent flow of referrals for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physician practices, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities, and community organizations.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within these organizations through regular communication and networking.
3. Educate referral sources about Maya Home Care’s services, value proposition, and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
4. Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate outreach efforts, marketing initiatives, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate referrals.
5. Track and analyze referral trends, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
7. Represent Maya Home Care at networking events, conferences, and community meetings to promote our services and expand our presence in the market.
8. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, referrals, and marketing activities using our CRM system.
9. Collaborate with the intake team to facilitate the onboarding process for new patients referred to Maya Home Care.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to the company’s mission, values, and culture, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in health care marketing or business development, preferably in the home care industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with referral sources and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of local healthcare providers and community resources in New Jersey an absolute must.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to document accordingly
