AllShifts is a growing and dynamic healthcare staffing company. We are seeking ambitious Healthcare Staffing Coordinators to help expand our footprint in new states. We enjoy a high-energy, results-oriented culture and are looking for all-stars to join our team.
This position requires exceptional communication, customer service, and sales skills. Ultimately, your success in this role will be based on your ability to build rapport, reliability and relationships with our healthcare client contacts. You will earn their trust by being uber responsive to their pressing needs and solving their scheduling challenges by providing quality staff. You will work closely with our Recruiting & Credentialing Team as the source of your area’s staff pipeline. Comfortability using our proprietary technology in conjunction with 3rd party systems will help you work at the speed and scale necessary to service clients in your assigned territory.
Although a plus, no prior nurse staffing experience is required. We will train you to use our AllShifts application, healthcare staffing operations and the general responsibilities expected.
There is opportunity for immediate growth in this role. Once you have a strong understanding of our workflow, you could be eligible to become an Account Manager which would increase your base salary to $40K annual, plus commision potential.
Role/Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to your clients.
Advocate for and promote opportunities to staff seeking to work
Coordinate the scheduling of shifts to match staff with facilities that need them
Build book of business by achieving daily/weekly/monthly goals
Qualifications:
