Job Summary:
This position involves prospecting new clients, developing relationships with key retailers, and providing excellent customer service to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and acquiring new CPG clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current clients through regular communication, identifying new opportunities, and delivering excellent service
Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure successful program implementation
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in CPG sales, account management, or business development
Strong knowledge of the CPG industry, including key players, channels, and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven insights
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
