You must live in the NYC metro area. New York City Metro Area ONLY, please. ALL of the Boroughs qualify as acceptable. So does New Jersey, Westchester, or Long Island if the commute to Times Square is under 40 minutes This is a REMOTE POSITION but you MUST live in the geographic area.
We are looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our team! This is a permanent position with an hourly wage PLUS commission.
YOU MUST HAVE B2B APPOINTMENT-SETTING EXPERIENCE.
Do you meet the following criteria?
Have a clear English-speaking professional voice.
Be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to handle rejection, stay focused, and achieve your daily goals.
MUST have heavy telephone B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience.
Have a reliable computer and internet connection in your home (access to the internet from a cell phone, smartphone or tablet is not sufficient).
Your core strength and experience must be outbound cold call sales, calls to businesses, or outbound appointment setting for businesses. (If your core experience is in customer service, working with inbound callers, or making outbound calls to individual consumers – this slot is NOT a match).
This is also not a match if:
You are not absolutely used to or do not enjoy, making roughly a hundred outbound cold calls to businesses daily
You do not have a computer and quality internet access
You do not have a headset (easily purchased)
You do not have a QUIET, uninterrupted work area at home
You must already be skilled at getting past the Gatekeeper. You should be able to reach the decision maker, qualify them, and educate them about the benefits of what our services will do to grow their business. You will be making appointments for our field staff to physically visit the Decision Maker and close the deal.
You Must Also
Be highly self-disciplined and able to successfully work from home
Have excellent communication and people skills
You must be able to legally work in the USA (without additional sponsorship).
Starting hourly rate starts at $18/hour based on experience PLUS COMMSSION. We offer performance reviews every 90 days. THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION.
