```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This includes managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient and accurate shipping, receiving and inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse operations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Knowledge of materials handling equipment and mechanical systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
