Role Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing: Proactively follow up on leads and engage potential buyers and sellers to maximize sales opportunities.
Client Consultation & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, listening to their needs and delivering tailored property solutions.
Showcasing Properties: Conduct open houses and showings to present listings and attract interested buyers.
Smooth Transaction Management: Oversee the transaction process from consultation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideal Qualifications:
Licensed or Aspiring Real Estate Agents: Whether you’re already licensed in NY or NJ, recently licensed, or actively pursuing your license, we provide the training and support you need to excel.
Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in sales is a plus, but a passion for real estate and helping people is essential.
