Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing open listings via marketplaces
- Scheduling walk-throughs with clients
- Following up with leads, tracking and qualifying prospective clients
- Assisting clients with the leasing process from application stage to move in
- Facilitating and maintaining client relationships
Requirements:
- Experience is necessary and preferred knowledge of coverage areas
- Charismatic oral and written communication skills
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and organization skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Team-oriented, but also able to work independently
- Desire to listen and learn a must!
