We're hiring for the position of Onsite Superintendent in Union City, NJ. The ideal candidate should have prior superintendent experience and be responsible for the overall maintenance, upkeep, and repairs in the building.
Responsibilities include regular cleaning of common areas, garbage removal, conducting repairs & maintenance tasks as needed (plumbing, electrical, painting, minor carpentry work), maintaining exterior areas (snow shoveling, landscaping), and performing any other directive issued by management.
Requirements:
- Prior superintendent or similar maintenance role experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
- Available for on-call emergencies outside of regular business hours.
Qualified applicants will receive onsite accommodation in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment for a discounted rental price of $800.00 a month. The apartment boasts a bright interior, freshly painted walls, and new floors. Enjoy partial views of NYC and access to mass transit for easy commuting.
