We are dedicated to providing our clients with professional, personalized services and expert guidance in all areas of Real Estate, including comprehensive property management.

We are seeking an organized and diligent Administrative & Data Processing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking for an entry-level position with diverse responsibilities in a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Priorities are often changing in our environment, so the ideal candidate must be highly adaptable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Property Management & Support

Assist with the full rent collection cycle and property maintenance request fulfillment.

Support efforts to fill vacant units, including processing paperwork and updating MLS listings.

Work with local and state municipalities to ensure managed properties are compliant with all codes and regulations.

2. Financial & Administrative Duties

Handle administrative financial tasks, including paying vendors, mortgages, property taxes, and utilities.

Assist with business-related tasks, including ordering office supplies, business cards, and researching insurance options.

Support real estate agents by assisting with contract preparation.

Schedule and coordinate team meetings.

3. Digital & Data Management

Maintain and update company data in spreadsheets (Excel) and management software.

Oversee basic maintenance of the company website and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Solid computer literacy and working knowledge of internet platforms and social media networks.

Must speak English.

Highly organized, a problem-solver, and a positive team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.

A Plus: Functional speaking ability in Vietnamese and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
