DAILY OPERATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for common area and apartment repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC , electrical and carpentry.
- Primary point of contact for all building residents, managing maintenance requests and ensuring the overall safety and security of the property.
- Be available to show vacant units
- Communicate with management office regarding update on maintenance orders, projects, etc
- Oversee maintenance of roof, sewer lines, locks, elevators, and meter rooms
- Complete all tenant work orders
- Handle building emergencies on a 24/7 basis
- Responsible for handling snow events
- Assist with ordering and maintaining building supplies to ensure all necessary materials are on hand
- Must be Bilingual
