Our management company is seeking an experienced Community Association Portfolio Property Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Condominium and Homeowner Associations in Sussex County, Hamburg, and Crystal Springs from a local area office.
As an ideal candidate, you should have at least 3 years of experience in managing community associations, working with Board Members, service providers, and community owners. Excellent written and oral communication skills, computer proficiency, and a passion for delivering excellent service to clients are also essential qualities we're looking for.
We offer competitive compensation of $50,000, as well as medical benefits, 401K, and vacation time.
