Commercial Broker of Record

Looking for a licensed broker to work with a Senior Housing Brokerage firm located in Chicago. This is a major firm in this space with about 25 agents nationwide and approximately 1 billion in sales per year. What is required is to execute a broker cooperation agreement, indicating the you will represent the firm in NJ for a specific property and of course the listing or engagement agreement with the selling client. The company sales team handles all aspects of engaging with the client and any potential buyers. I am licensed in 25 states and handle this for them in these states but work with a handful of other brokers in various states that I am not licensed.
