Position: Account Executive - Luxury Multifamily Leasing

Situated in a prime location, our development offers state-of-the-art amenities, stunning views, and luxurious living spaces tailored to meet the needs of our discerning residents. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our leasing team and drive occupancy in this exciting new venture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy to drive occupancy and meet leasing targets for the luxury multifamily development.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, real estate agents, relocation companies, and other key stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.

Conduct tours of the property, showcasing the features and amenities of the development and highlighting the unique benefits of living in our community.

Provide personalized assistance to prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in.

Effectively communicate leasing terms, rental rates, and available units to prospective residents, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract prospective residents.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor properties, and local demographics to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive positioning.

Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including prospect information, follow-up communications, and leasing status updates, using the designated CRM system.

Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience for new residents and provide ongoing support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in leasing or sales, preferably in the multifamily or real estate industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective residents.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding leasing targets.

Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations, fair housing practices, and leasing best practices.

Familiarity with leasing software and CRM systems, with the ability to effectively manage leasing pipelines and track leasing activity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
