Position Details: As a Service Coordinator, you will dispatch work to contractors, track their progress, approve payments and change orders, and ensure jobs are completed on time. Most tasks are straightforward, making it a great learning opportunity with progressively more important responsibilities. Your success will drive our company's growth.
Career Growth: This position is a stepping stone to roles such as Project Manager, Team Lead, Operational Lead, or Corporate Account Manager.
Ideal Candidates: We are looking for smart, dependable individuals who thrive in a drama-free environment. You must be able to think independently, understand time management, and have excellent typing and computer skills. Clear communication is essential as you'll be taking notes while on the phone.
Requirements:
Must live within 30 minutes of Hackensack, NJ (no remote work)
Starting pay: $22-26 per hour, with a review after 90 days
