Job Summary:
Vitality Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Union City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates across various roles, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a proactive approach to recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, work experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting environments.
