C&M Shade Corp. is a family-owned small business that manufactures and distributes custom window treatments in Fairfield, NJ. We are seeking a full-time employee for an office position to assist in project management and operations tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Tracking and reporting on commercial projects and orders, including but not limited to topics such as inventory, production, delivery, installation, and punch lists
- Coordinating with C&M Shade production staff, customers, vendors, and field staff on operational tasks and status updates
- Data entry tasks in our order management system
Required skills and experiences include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and willingness to learn how to use in-house software
- Ability to multitask and balance priorities across multiple projects
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal partners and external stakeholders
- Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a project management or operations role
- Education: GED or Associate Degree minimum, Bachelor Degree preferred
