Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Phone Operator/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Routinely handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing.
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, finding appropriate solutions, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery.
Provide feedback to the management team on common customer issues and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone operator or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM systems.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
