ON-SITE Recruiter
Staffing Agency is in need of a On-Site Recruiter on 4 different Locations:
Wayne, NJ
Springfield, NJ
Edison, NJ
Dayton, NJ
Ridgefield, Nj
Full-time $18 per hour
2 Shifts Available immediately:
1st Shift: 5:30am to 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30am to 12:00am
Job Responsibilities:
Head point of contact between the staffing agency and the client; troubleshooting any issues
Overseeing employees' clock in & out on a daily basis
Ensuring daily time sheets are accurate and on time
Responsible to complete Clients weekly Payroll
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Communicating with the Branch offices to foresee upcoming needs and the employee head count for each shift on a daily basis
