Administrative Assistant/Admin
Telecommunications company in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Full Time or part -time Administrative Assistant/Admin person to support our office operations.
Must be ON-TIME, organized and be self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to accept and learn new tasks.
Responsibilities:
Diversified office duties
Answer inbound telephone calls & Communicating with Customers
Entering Service Calls & Communicating with our Service Technicians.
Client contact and follow up
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask and work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer Knowledge Base Skills
Strong Customer Service a MUST
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office / primarily Word and Excel
