Responsibilities include:
Data entry and record management
Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
Assisting with scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication
Supporting daily office operations and logistics coordination
Qualifications:
Experience with data entry and Excel is required
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
Prior experience in a moving or logistics company is a plus but not required
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
