Home Improvement Company is looking for a person to run the day to day office operations;
We are not looking for a ultra experianced person as this is not a very high end position so please send your resume as we will entertain them all
Previous skills in this industry is helpful but will train the right person
Looking for a confident, detailed and efficient candidate
Must have pleasant phone skills
8-4:00pm or 9 -5:00 pm
Would be performing the following
Answering the phone, taking estimate requests & getting customer information, calling suppliers for quotes, ordering supplies & materials for jobs, communicating with employees and contractors, scheduling jobs, following up with leads, applying for permits, handling company and auto insurance for vehicles and other misc office duties.
Must be kind and courteous on the phone. Must know their way around a computer Microsoft programs and Google applications.
Must be able to have experience posting pictures on social media, lite marketing.
