Small business owner seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant / Office Manager to help manage daily operations across a few small businesses. This is an in-person role based in Teaneck, NJ – no remote work.
I need someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and make sure things get done without constant oversight. You’ll be involved in everything from operations and admin to hiring and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Keep the office organized and running smoothly
Manage scheduling, calendars, and follow-ups
Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and vendor payments
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff coordination
Coordinate vendors, supplies, and general logistics
Act as the go-to person to support the business owner and team
Ideal candidate:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Great communication and follow-through
Comfortable with technology and office software (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, etc.)
Prior experience in office management or executive support preferred
Able to multitask and handle shifting priorities

Location: Teaneck, NJ (on-site only)
Hours: Part-time or Full-time – flexible for the right person
Pay: $25/hour and up, based on experience
