This is a full-time, 9 am to 5 pm, temporary office assistant position at a residential cleaning company in which you'll be responsible for customer, employee and vendor correspondence by phone, e-mail, text, and physical mail. Other office duties include managing the schedule, processing daily outgoing and incoming paperwork for cleaning teams, preparing and sending bank deposits, printing forms etc. You must be computer literate, familiar with word-processing and spreadsheet programs and able to write and communicate with customers very well in English. Applicants who can also speak Spanish or Haitian Creole are preferred as well as applicants with a valid driver's license. This position will last until 3/31/25 with the possibility of becoming a permanent position and salary increase depending on the company's needs when spring arrives.
