About the Role:

As an Executive Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support to our executive team in person. Key Responsibilities:

- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.

- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned across teams.

- Administrative Duties: Handle a variety of tasks such as preparing documents, managing emails, and organizing files to ensure efficient workflow.

- Event Management: Organize internal and external events, such as board meetings, company-wide events, and leadership retreats.

- Information Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as needed to support decision-making and strategy development.

- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions for greater efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- In-person availability at our office location.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Background in SaaS or experience working in technology-driven environments is a strong plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience in a start-up environment is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Experience:

Personal assistant experience: 2 years (Required)

Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

Hackensack, NJ 07601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
