Rapidly growing company seeks Part Time Administrator/Bookkeeper
Approximately 15-20 hours per week – Remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payable
Preparing checks
Tax payments
Weekly Payroll
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
HR record keeping
Requirements:
Use of QuickBooks Online
Organization skills
Have attention to detail.
Proficient in Quickbooks
Working knowledge of excel
Compensation commensurate with skills and experience
