Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for executives or staff.
Prepare and file documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
Maintain office organization and ensure a clean, professional environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation and training materials.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide administrative support to various teams or departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily shipping and receiving activities.
Prepare and organize orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage shipping schedules and communicate with carriers and vendors.

Resolve shipping issues, discrepancies, and damages.
