Primary Responsibilities
Bookkeeping/Financial Management including
o Accounts payable and receivable
o Payroll
o Daily financial entries and reconciliations
o Bank deposits
o Monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries and record payments and adjustments.
Support filing systems and archives
Answer phone and email inquiries
Support sales operation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online
Proficient in the use of email and internet
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to communicate on the phone and via email with clients and customers
Skill in communicating orally and in writing
Organizational and planning proficiency
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service orientation
